On the one hand, Angelina Jolie as Catwoman would be awesome. She'd get to be sexy with Christian Bale and that is always good.

On the other hand, I don't know if I could survive under that kind of sexy onslaught.

That's how I felt about Mr & Mrs Smith. When I first heard about Pitt & Jolie being together in a movie, my brain melted.

But I survived and LOVED it.

Frankly I loved Pfeiffer as Catwoman so much that I think I'd be sick if anyone else was casted as her... unless it was Jolie.

Or Maria Bello.

I like Rosario Dawson for Catwoman, actually. Angelina could work, too, stunningly so, but I think Dawson has that rougher Nolan!Gotham edge.

A friend and I decided Batman 3 should have one of the above fine actresses as Catwoman, and Eva Green as Talia al Ghul who's after Bruce for letting her father die, and then you get the Catwoman-as-Gotham vs. Talia-as-outsider juxtaposition/chick fight.

It would be the hottest thing in the history of ever.

...huh LJ didn't eat my earlier comment after all. *deletes it and merges comments* The Twilight bar is apparently plain milk chocolate. What a ripoff, and yet weirdly appropriate in that it's not at all dark.

Actually, I heard somewhere that Stephenie Meyer hates the idea of fans putting the Cullens in "black lace" (did she mean fanfiction? Fan art? Cosplay? I missed the context) because they are NOT gothy omg. No, they just dress in beige every chance they get, that's all.

I clearly have been watching a little too much "Eternal Sunshine of The Spotless mind, as my first reaction was not OOH DEAD MONSTER, but OOOH A PLACE FROM MY FAVORITE MOVIE!

And I DON'T want Angelina Jolie to play Catwoman, I think she's sexy but she's almost TOO sexy. I don't think I'd buy her as Selena. :/ and I know she's been blonde before, but I kind of want someone less famous so I see more absorption in the role.

IAWTC. Angelina's damn good at what she does (being sexy and badass) but just about every role she plays has ANGELINA stamped all over it. I don't see anything wrong with personality-driven actors (a lot of popular actors would be out of work if people didn't) but with Chris Nolan's Batman you need people willing to play against type (Oldman, Ledger) and commit to the role completely (everyone, but especially Eckhart and Ledger). Sure, Micheal Caine can get away with being himself because he's Micheal Caine and he's earned it.
