She's PERFECT. Tonner makes fantastic dolls but so many of them are kind of hit and miss, particularly in the face. But she's PERFECT.

It's movie Bellatrix, because the costume is reasonably accurate. A lot of times the prototype pictures change quietly, so they might install a better bitchface on her.

I saw the Doctor Who dolls and got all excited, only to realize it was all the Doctor and Martha Jones. WHY THE HELL? Martha, Martha, Martha!

As soon as I saw Serafina, I had to come dashing over here! She's gorgeous! For myself, I am swooning over the Snow White doll--for the first time I've ever seen, there's a Snow White doll in her raggedy dress! No one EVER makes the princesses in their peasant clothes. And Bette Davis dolls! And a very ruffly-looking Will Turner! The goth Romeo and Juliet are freaking me out a little.

So, I'm not really a fan of dolls. The only time I visit their site is when you link pictures so I can lol. However, with the Bellatrix doll, I decided to go ahead and look at what other HP dolls they have. And the have a Severus Snape doll.

I'm actually unimpressed with Maleficent's dress. It lacks the movement of the movie - it needs to be more elemental, wind or fire. Like Serafina's. I think a different fabric would really make a difference. The design is right, just not the feel.

Oh man, those Scarlett dolls are AMAZING. The dresses on these are just ridiculously gorgeous. I mean, the 'kissing Ashley goodbye' one looks a little awkward up top, but they make up for it with the Mrs Kennedy one, man.
