You know what I love? Being woken up from a sound sleep at four in the morning to pass judgment on my sister's Dorothy braids. What she doesn't seem to understand is I don't care if your hair is on fire at four in the morning. Nnnnnghgghhrrrrrf.
I am suddenly addicted to crunchy, slightly sweet, "adult" cereal. Specifically: Raisin Bran Crunch and Honey Bunches of Oats. I was a Corn Pops/Cocoa Krispies/Frosted Flakes girl most of my life, and suddenly here I am eating things that are not 93% sugar. I don't quite know what to do with myself.
I dropped a quarter out of my jeans pocket, didn't see where it went, and found my dog sleeping with his face on it this morning. We're now referring to it as "Lucky's savings." It has since been moved to the First National Bank of Dresser.
My grandmother is coming over today to have lunch (O'Carr's takeout) and watch the Narnia DVD. She has no idea what it's about, except that it's about children and magic and lions and by that nice man who is such a good Christian, and that this is all very exciting. Hee. I like watching movies with my grandmother (there's nothing quite like watching a movie with her that she hasn't seen since it was originally in the theater--in 1940), so it'll be fun.
(Re: yesterday's "most popular on LJ" list: For the record, the "abandoned web comic" I meant was iharthdarth. But technically, I think potterpuffs has been abandoned as well. If there are other webcomics on the list, I'm not familiar with them.)
I go sleep now.
